Beginning Sculpture (SCU 295/296)

This course is for students who have had no previous experience in sculpture. The course focuses on an experiential, visual and theoretical understanding of basic sculpture techniques from clay to terracotta to plaster. Students are encouraged to explore more fully the elements and techniques of sculpture, drawing inspiration from their experience in Florence.
