Grapes and olives are indigenous to the Italian peninsula, therefore it is no surprise
that Italians have been making wine and olive oil for as long as anyone can
remember! SUF offers a series of guided wine and oil tasting classes that explore
these important staples of the Italian table. Topics covered include tasting procedures,
production processes, food and wine pairing and differences in cultural habits. We’ll
meet an Italian family that has been in the wine business (both on the production side
as well as the commercial side of the business) for 8 generations!
