Syracuse University in Florence offers a growing number of Academic Concentrations in various disciplines, taught by internationally recognized scholars.
Students majoring or minoring in different disciplines may opt to take up to four courses in a specific Academic Concentration in order to earn credit toward their degree.
Academic Concentrations permit students to explore a disciplinary field in greater depth in location-specific courses, where the city of Florence—and Italy itself—serve as an extended classroom.
