Spazio Conversazione

Wanted: Highly motivated students who want to improve their Italian conversation skills.

Learning Italian in a classroom setting is important, but actually speaking the language with mother-tongue Italians has an even greater impact on one’s communications skills. Spazio Conversazione is a forum for the exchange of language and culture in a relaxed and informal setting at SU Florence. Organized by the Italian Department it meets most Tuesdays from 5:15 to 7 pm offering American and Italian university students the opportunity to meet together and converse on a range of topics while sharing interesting and enlightening elements of each other’s culture and local traditions around a buffet of light refreshments.

Special activities or events may also occasionally be organized in conjunction with the Student Life Office.
